Project 57/366: Shoot Me Mom!

Weee... it's been awhile that I missed posting for the Project 366 Blog Photo Challenge! For the resumption, I am proud to share these pictures to everyone.

Moms sometimes exaggerate in some "little" things... Yeah, I can attest to that LOL! While having a long break from work (actually it's a NO WORK NO PAY thing but it's okay LOL) I cannot really help it but captured every candid moments with my baby and have it framed (digitally with my cam LOL!)

Just like these:

ssshhh don't disturb :)

hmmm.. what's on your mind, baby?

peace yo! :)

rock-a-by-baby...

Well, these were just among the hundred of pics that I have taken on him. Can't resist it...

Well, for more pictures, link to Photo Memeries and join the fun!

And hey, here's another one:

See more of me on the FB photos of my Mom!

Help... My Knuckles Hurt!

Lately I noticed that my knuckles are in pain especially during morning which make it quite difficult for me to carry my baby when feeding. I can feel some annoying pain on my joints (hands, knees). Symptoms of arthritis? Rheumatism? I thought I am only iron deficient... Whoa what a pain! There were so many complications that I felt along with my C- operation. Yeah, my doctor said that my healing progress was so poor that until now I still have to put some ointment on my belly (the c-section). I am also reluctant to drink milk because of constipation... I am now taking the prescribed medicine given by my doctor, that was good for seven days, it's my third day now and I can still feel that pain :,(

A Bit of Our Love Story

I happened to browse Denise blog and found this meme which really caught my interest... Got to answer ample questions here about me and my Huggy...

How long have you and your significant other been together?

Well, as a couple, we're still less than a year but we've been engaged for more than three years :)

How did you meet? {What's your "love" story?}

We met thru the net, became text mate for more than a year and finally met and became steady for more than three years :)

How long have you been married?

10 months and still counting :)

Where did you get married at? Big or small wedding?

We got married in our church and have our reception at a hotel with our families and friends.  It's not really that grand but we treasured that moment the most... :)

Do you have any nick-names that you call one another? Do share!

Yeah, we called each other baby... We used to call each other huggy but eventually changed to baby :)

Name 3 things you love most about your honey (huggy?).

1. His insensitivity (serious!) Whenever I get mad, he just simply ignore me til I get calm...and he exactly knew how to tame or pacify me!

2. His sense of humor that most people are unaware of... (He was oftentimes misunderstood of being strict)

3.  His love (of course!)

Tell us how he proposed.

It was December of 2010. He told me he will asked for my parents' blessings... I was not even expecting it yet. But he seems so confident enough to face my family especially my mother so I just give him my full support LOL!

Is he a flowers and teddy bear kind of guy for v-day, or strawberries, champagne, and rose petals?

He's not that showy type actually. He preferred to surprise me. But he used to gave me flowers when we're still going on steady (with a letter).

Are you a sunset dinner on the beach kind of girl, or pop a movie in, and relax on the couch?

All of the above. We both love movies so we're one heart on it!

Tell us one thing you'd like to do with your significant one day. If you could do anything? Go anywhere?

To have a weeklong vacation on a place so far away- just the two of us!

Tell us what you plan on doing on this Valentine's Day.

Well, he will baby sit our baby while I am having my evening class LOL!

Are you asking for anything this Valentine's day?

Yeah, I do asked him to bring me flowers and yet he brought doughnut instead LOL!

Give us one piece of advice, of keeping a relationship strong, and full of love

I would like to capture Denise' pieces of advice: Make time for one another, forgive, and always pray together.

Happy Heart's Day everyone!

O, C'mon... Give Me A Break!

My sleeping patterns lately really changed a lot. I am not having an insomnia (as what I used to have when I was still single). I just have to wake up at the wee hour in the morning to attend my baby's needs... It was really so difficult at first but as time went by, I gradually adjusted to my new role as a Mom. My baby is pretty nocturnal LOL! He wakes up between 2 to 3AM then between 5-6AM. He sleeps a lot either in the morning or in the afternoon. It's unpredictable. As a newbie Mom, I still have to learn a lot of things... Yeah those basic things that I failed to learn when I was still single like cooking (sigh). When you're having a breastfeed you easily get hungry but I feed my baby in formula too, and somehow it helps especially for a working Mom like me. But honestly, I don't wanna go back to work anymore. All I want is to take care of my baby personally... I just miss my boy every time I am away from him (just like now)... I did not go back to work yet, I just attend to my evening classes every Monday and Tuesday. I am still undecided as to when will I officially go back to my regular 8-5PM job. Me and my Hubby can't still made up our mind as to whom will we entrust the care of our baby while we are both working. We can't afford yet to hire a baby sitter and we just cannot simply trust anyone nowadays especially that our baby is still less than a month old. I really wanted to be a hands-on Mom but I just need to go back to work. I plan to concentrate teaching by next semester so I could choose to have a class schedule on the afternoon and I could be with my baby in the evening up to the morning. I'm also praying to be successful with my online job endeavor. My blogging career really helps us a lot especially now that I have no income with the NO WORK, NO PAY policy in our school. That's the bad side if you are not a regular employee, you won't get any benefits at all. But we are still thankful to God for sustaining us. I just hope Social Spark will give me more opportunity. I have 4 leads today hoping to get it approved by tomorrow so I could work it out. I am also praying for more Direct Advertisers to notice this blog so they could give me a tasks as well... All it takes is patience, yeah, but sometimes when you are quite desperate enough you will really need to make a triple effort just to have their attention. I used to send emails to lots of DA's shared by my other co-bloggers. However, it seems like I was already forgotten or dropped on their list perhaps because it was more than two weeks that I wasn't able to get online since I gave birth. P A G I N G Direct Advertisers - O come on, GIVE ME A BREAK! LOL...
Well, who knows, tomorrow or the next day around, my prayers will be answered... (I could only cross my fingers for now:)

When Calamity Strikes...

PHILQUAKE
courtesy of Google.com
I really felt sad for those who were became casualties of the Earthquake yesterday at Visayas, particularly in Negros and Cebu. More than Eighty eight  people are claimed to be dead while others are still missing. The Kagay-anons felt it too but of minimal intensity only. The memories of Tropical Storm Sendong are still vivid on the mind of Kagay-anons. Then here comes another threat, the earthquake. People are getting anxious and conscious of the possible natural calamities that may occur and they tend to get paranoid too. Yesterday, I was alone in the office checking the work of my students in the computer when I noticed that the computer table and my flat screen monitor moves. I was so scared that I immediately turned off the computer then I called up my husband asking him if he felt it too. Seeing the news on television scared me all the more.

When calamity strikes, it's inevitable... All we could do is to pray harder that our life may be spared...

Condolence to the bereaved family.

The Significance of Customer Satisfaction Survey

Maintaining good business dealings depends on how your product affects the customers. There are many factors affecting the increase of sales of any business and one of those is customer satisfaction. Talking about customer satisfaction, it is one of the essential elements that every business must take into consideration. A satisfied customer will help the business to grow more as expected. With their word-of-mouth, your product will be made known to others. One positive testimony can really make a difference. You don't need to go as far as advertising and spending lots of money on commercials because your satisfied customers can do it for you.

So how can you determine that your customer is indeed satisfied with your products?

Conduct a Customer Satisfaction Survey. This survey will help you, being the proprietor, in determining how your product is paring with other competing products. This will also give you room for improvements for any setbacks that the customers may found. Not all surveys bring good results but you should not lose hope. Instead, make this as your barometer in gauging the things that needs to be done in order to improve the quality of your products and eventually be guaranteed with 100% customer satisfaction.

What are those gauging factors that should be determined from your customers? They should be asked how satisfied they are with your products and will they be able to recommend it with other prospect users. Try to include on the list if they have any intention to repurchase the said products. Their answers to these inquiries will give you an idea whether to retain or improve the quality of your products.

Conducting a Customer Satisfaction Survey needs thorough understanding on your customers’ needs. There are many ways that this survey could be done. Mostly, we are familiar with written surveys, however this is not enough considering that many customers now are too busy to glue themselves in putting all their answers on a sheet of paper. This approach cannot guarantee the company of a wholesome and honest feedback. Try to seek professional help in conducting effective and efficient customer satisfaction survey.

Always remember, their feedback means a lot.

I've Got A New Job!

I have a new job...

However, this job does not pays me a daily wage. But I was required to work overtime, with no Night Differentials. I need to give all my effort, my precious time and above all my dedication.I was not compensated yet I willingly took this job with all my heart.

I found joy in taking this job. I may have sleepless nights, I might be tired all day long but still I really love this job.

I am not alone with this kind of job. I knew a lot of people who also took the same challenge and like me, they also love it very much. Until now, I can still hear testimonies of how they were able to get through this kind of job, how their patience were being tested... That despite those hardships that they've been through, they can still find real joy and fulfillment.

Yes indeed, MOTHERHOOD is a kind of job that will shape you into a kind of woman that you ought to be.

I love the feeling! How about you?
