Bald Hair Day?

Have you experienced something more than a bad hair day? Try thinking about BALD hair day, can you stand to that?

One of the best natural asset that a woman could have is her crowning glory. I am very much particular with my hair. In fact,  I have it rebonded three times already. However, I have noticed much hair fall especially after taking a bath. As of now, I tried maintaining an anti- hair fall shampoo hoping that it will be minimized. Hair fall are the usual result of chemical hair treatment. I may have a soft and shiny hair but the thought of getting bald is really disgusting. There's a lot of things that we should learn about female hair loss knowing the fact that hair loss is not only applicable to man, it could also happen to all woman like me. Furthermore, female hair loss have many causes. It is not only resulted by chemical hair treatment, it is also associated with ageing and pregnancy. Another thing, this can imposed a really serious problem that will affects us emotionally and psychologically. I am pretty sure, you don't want it to happen to you as well.

Wishful Thinking...

Prince William & Kate Middleton
If I will be given one wish, I would love to travel around the world! I want to go to the United Kingdom, specifically in London. I want to go to Buckingham Palace. It doesn't matter if I cannot avail an  accommodation there anyway there are many apartments in london. I just want to see even just a glimpse of Prince William who will soon tie the knot with her ever-so- lucky fiancée. Well, I could just wish for more, who knows, God will permit it to happen. Will you come with me then?

The Value of Cheap Venetian Blinds

Roller Venetian Blind
Since we moved our office to a new location, we do not have any problems with flood anymore. We are no longer intimidated with heavy downpour. In other words, we are now confident to stay long in the office whenever there is a heavy rain. The only slight problem that we encountered right now is the sunlight that was emitted by the windows. Since the windows are facing East, we cannot avoid the glaring sunlight. We temporarily use water cellophane but did not solve the problem. So I suggested to my Boss for a Cheap venetian blinds to really solve the problem.

Cheap venetian blinds can be availed in most department stores at the house ware section. Venetian blinds are common in most offices. Aside from the protection that it could give from the glaring sunlight, it is also use as part of the interior decoration. In our school, we use venetian blinds for our glass walls. Since the front part of the office is built out of glass, a venetian blind was installed to have privacy from the outsider. Venetian blinds are more appropriate to use than curtains. It is also more convenient to use with its easy control.
Our purchase request for venetian blind is still on process; meanwhile, we extend our patience to the temporary cellophane. At least we are slightly protected from the direct heat of the sun.

Having family fun activities could be one of the greatest gifts that a parents can give to their children. WFW: John 1: 14

Christmas season is finally here... Once again we will commemorate the birth of our dear Savior. Though many Bible scholars and theologians tries to prove that Jesus was born not on December but on some other month, what is important is the fact that His birth gives us the assurance of the gift of salvation.

Happy Birthday Macon!

Today marks another year of my "naki" Macon... She used to call me "Mommy". This sweet woman is an epitome of grace and beauty.

To you Naki, may God's overflowing goodness in your life abounds forever...

Guard your heart and wait for God's best for you ♥

We love you...

Cafe World...

It's Saturday and I am supposed to stay at my boarding house to do some laundry, however, I still need to finish my report from the Annual Evaluation and Planning Conference which is due on Monday. I arrived at school more or less 1PM since I have my toe nails pedicured before going to school. It is always my habit to check mails from my Yahoo inbox and what caught my attention was the special delivery from Zynga for my Cafe World. I opened it and was delighted with what I got... And do you know what happened next? I realized later that I was glued to Cafe World waiting for my 15-minute Ranch Beans menu to cook! Wow! Indeed, I accomplished nothing as of this moment. Ate Rhea was right, she opted not to play nor open her facebook account since it will just consume all her time. I played lots of games from Yahoo but it is only Cafe World that I truly enjoyed the most. I am still at Level 50 and I am working too hard (lol) to get to a hundred level. A certified Cafe World addict?

Well, I choose the other way around and the consequence? I'll be starting doing my reports late and that's it... By the way I need some parts for my lightning stove... Can you give me? (lol)

TT: God's Creation

I am back from a three-day conference. Such experience was very worthwhile especially on the last day during the Team Building Session... The place where we stay is a secluded tourist spots that has the wonder of God's creation! The tall pine trees, the cool wind and the thick foliage in the forest is a great evidence of God's goodness. The place was located in      the mountain... though not literally on top of the mountain but the fact that it is overlooking, it equally meant the same. We've been to Forest Parks and Dahilayan Zip Zone... I may not able to conquer the longest zip line but at least I made it to the two shorter ones. The experience was indeed so memorable though I have difficulty convincing myself not to feel any fear... When I was on the top, The view below me is so wonderful, beyond description. I just hope they will preserve it. In Forest Parks, we truly enjoyed taking pictures with their sculpted animals of different specie.

The three day conference is a rigid task but the camaraderie among the participants makes the whole activity so fulfilling...

More pictures will be uploaded soon....

Christmas is in the air, indeed! We can already hear the Christmas carolers parading into our neighborhood. As early as now we should be ready with our list for Christmas gift shopping. This is the only time of the year that the spirit of giving is evident to most of us. To avoid rush Christmas shopping, it is more practical that as early as now, you start buying the things that you will be busy wrapping about in the coming days. I for instance, I already started drafting the list and to my amazement, I just realized that I already have more than ten Godchildren, most of them are boys.
The only thing that the kids will surely appreciate upon receiving and unwrapping their Christmas presents are toys! Yes indeed, even big boys love toys too! I have here some list of toys that will surely be a hit this Christmas season.

TCP: Ice Castles

This is a story of a young girl who is on top of the world until a tragic accident dashes her hopes and dreams of becoming a world-class figure skater. Only with the help of those who love her can she prove to the world -- and herself -- that she still has the potential to realize her dreams.

By the time I've seen this movie, I was really amazed of Taylor Firth's talent.

Indeed, a real good movie.

Product Review: Garmin Forerunner 205 GPS Watch

One way of staying healthy is by working out to burn that unwanted fats and calories. But doing such thing excessively may cause an adverse effect to your body. Work out like running should be done regularly at considerable pace depending on the individual’s capability. It is hard to track your pace manually. To make it possible, there is an available advanced Global Positioning System (GPS) - enabled device that will help you in tracking your work out development. It is called the Garmin Forerunner 205 GPS Watch.
A review has made regarding this device. It has pros and cons despite the fact that its specifications are helpful. Well, every device has advantages and disadvantages. Tackling about advantages, as to functionality, it is user-friendly. With its featured dimension, you can easily carry it with you and you can even stay outside for long with its 10-hour battery life. You can even wear it while swimming because it is water-resistant. You can also customize your workout plan by setting up your preferences like your pace and the equivalent distance and the amount of calories you need to burn during the workout using the device. Like what I aforementioned, doing excessive exercise may cause an adverse effect to our body. Thus setting your preferences is helpful since this device will alarmed you once you go beyond your predetermined settings as to number of paces, distance and the required calories. It is indeed, easy to use, simple to set-up and the screen is easy to read. Another added feature was that you can share your data to your friends through the Online Garmin Connect, an online community that was developed by Garmin to analyze, connect and share different data with various Garmin users. Furthermore, they can also use Garmin Connect to contact the customer service department. Indeed, with its rich feature and reliability, this Forerunner GPS device is worth the try.

However, talking about disadvantages, this device has no heart rate monitor and automatic synchronization. Well, given the fact that this watch is worn on the wrist, it is really quite impossible to monitor the heart rate not unless it is specifically designed for that. Regarding its compatibility to the Online Garmin Connect, some users find it hard to connect because of poor signal recovery. It took too long to connect to the satellites and for MAC users, this device is not compatible.

Health monitoring is a personal endeavor. This device is essential in maintaining a healthy lifestyle. As for me, in spite of its negative features per review, this is a helpful tool in preventing possible health problems.

Dahilayan Here I Come!

Life is so full of surprises! I have experienced it so many times already. Latest of which is for this Tuesday's trip to Bukidnon for the Annual Evaluation and Planning Conference of our school. I am so blessed to be part of the group. The focus was not really on the horseback riding and zip lining, but to the Conference. We will be staying there for three days and two nights. I know we will be there to work but somehow the management also consider the place so that all of us could unwind from the busy, stressful jobs back home. We will be staying at Mountain Pines Place then before going home we will have fun at Dahilayan Gardens and Resort. Our last night will be filled with a country spirit as we geared up for cowboys attire at the Saddle Ridge Camp... It's pretty obvious how excited I am. I just hope and pray that everything will be okay in accordance to God's plan.

GT: What We Most Love

I am a certified shopaholic but not with apparels... Every time I went to the mall, I always go to footwear section, not for heels but for flip flops. I do have lot of slippers. I love to wear flat footwear.

I also love to go to cosmetics section. My latest craze for now was treatment for my hair. I am desperate enough to revive my hair the way it was a decade ago... Due to chemical treatments it became damage. Anyway, I was able to manage it (though I've got a lot of falling hair now). I am still hoping the most suitable hair product for me. I am using L'Oreal with anti-frizz formula as of now, hopefully it will work this time. Speaking of L'Oreal by the way, have you tried their Super-blendable blush on? I did, and I can guarantee that you will really love it! it's price plays around P 850.00 -900.00 but it's for long use! It comes with a compact mirror and a brush.

When I am in the mood of buying apparels, I always go for jeans. I love to buy those petite type. I seldom shop for bags, I just borrowed from my Mom (she's a collector anyway).

See that slippers on the upper right side of the mag? That's one of my favorite!

Well enjoy shopping for this GT Thursday!

It's so nice sharing it here anyway...

Shoot Me: Happy Birthday Carmel

This is not about Me... It's about her.

Happy Birthday girl... we might misunderstood each other sometimes but it's normal.... it's part of pruning our friendship in order for it to become more solid....

I love you

I wish you the best of everything...

Never stop clinging unto Him.

God bless.

Allow Me To Comment: Justice Delayed; Justice Denied

Yesterday marks the 1st anniversary of the Maguindanao Murder case (a.k.a  Ampatuan Murder Case). The killing of 58 individuals of November 23 last year indeed marks terrorism, if not barbarism. Only demon-possessed individual had the courage to commit such act. the Ampatuans pleaded not guilty,  meanwhile the affected families clamor for justice and that is for the Ampatuans to be judged guilty of the crime... The justice they are hoping for was not achieved after one year. on the news this morning, P'noy mentioned that he will do everything to expedite the result of the case...

On the other hand, if we can still remember, we have this unresolved Visconde Massacre case that was still pending for review at the Supreme Court for almost TWO DECADES! (so long that Internet and blogging was not yet conceptualized and cellphone was still out of the picture). As I watched the news last night, indeed it was really disheartening to see the very expectant  Mr. Lauro Visconde , husband and father of the victims got frustrated for the outcome of the case wherein the SC asked for extension before the final verdict (see related news HERE)... so delayed.

I am just wondering how justice was being analyzed for such a very obvious evidences presented before the jury... I am also wondering how the SC manages their decisions for those cases that aged for years? I just hope that the Visconde case will receive fair, impartial judgment. Meanwhile, for the Maguindanao case, unlike what the Visconde case had experienced,  hopefully it won't take long for justice to prevail...

Is there a relevance between justice delayed and justice denied?

Just asking.
