Resume and Assume!

Yeah, that's probably the right term in going back to work. I have to resume and assume the responsibilities of catching up all the lessons that was left behind with my three weeks of absence. I am not supposed to be back yet but I have to because Midterm exam is fast approaching and I haven't started yet. I wasn't fully recovered yet, I can still feel some pain on my tummy but it is manageable. My Monday class was a real challenge because only few of them were able to do the tasks that I gave however I do not put too much pressure on them considering that no prior lecture was given, only references. So now, they also have a lot of things to catch up with, first, their HTML projects and second was their blog posts. I included blogging on their lessons because I am pretty much confident that blogging can play a vital role to their method of teaching in the future. Well, aside from that, they could also have the opportunity to earn while learning.

So, as a starter, and for easier way of checking their works, I let them link their posts here.

Blessings again! ;)

Yay! The blessing that I have been waiting for finally arrived (after two long months)- a LAPTOP from my sissy! She truly understand my needs thus she managed to send me one. I can now finally work double time with my blog for updates. But oops, I need to have an internet first that is why  I went to Sun Cell Shop to avail one of their plans. I chose the Easy Broadband Plan with no holding period (for less pressure). So far its  performance is good, really fast and I love it. Thank you Lord for the provision!

Birth Pains, Oh Birth Pains!

I can still clearly remember the day when I was at the Labor Room. I was there as early as 8:30AM but finally got my turn for the operation at 6:45PM, such a long wait indeed. But somehow, the good thing about that day was that I was the most relaxed among all expectant Moms. I was just sitting pretty there trying to soothe and calm those Moms who were truly suffering (others came to a point of even cursing) from inevitable pain. I can actually relate how they felt because I went through the same ordeal during my first born. My OB and I thought that I could make it in normal delivery but somehow I ended up going through emergency CS. Can you imagine the pain of being induced then eventually went through a rigid operation? The postpartum dilemma was really that much that I encountered some problems during the recovery period. I thank God that things were not the same this time. My recovery was quite okay. I can move with ease after one week though the pain was still there but so bearable. However, I need to take more Iron because my Doctor told me so. My hemoglobin was so low during that time that I was required to go through blood transfusion. I was thankful enough that the donor was somebody from our church who missed the Sunday service just because I was so worried during that day that I don't have any available blood yet and I called her almost pleading and begging LOL and she was compelled to go to the hospital (in Sunday dress) for that purpose.

Real Blessings

Photo: kuya @red hood

It’s nice to note that finally I have a pair of angels to embrace and cuddle with. My one year old and a half little boy, Jeush Gregory, though unable to speak clearly yet gave me that kind of joy that most mothers felt for their son. My baby Jerusha Gabrielle on the other hand is so irresistible that this week old baby never fails to give a smile on my face. They are real blessings to me. What adds to my joy was the enthusiasm that their father has shown lately. He does the laundry every day; prepared my son’s milk and a whole lot more. I am so happy that this big man in the house did all those task willingly LOL! Indeed I thank God for the lives of my children. Now I understand that feeling of parent who’s willing to do anything and everything for their children because that is exactly what I want to do. I want the best for them. We want nothing but the best for them. I am optimistic that we could give them the kind of life that they both deserve. Right now, I am still on medication for pain and hoping to be back soon to work. I have classes to attend to. I need to catch up a lot of things from my almost one month of absence. I know it’s going to be tough ahead but I am confident that God will equip me with the wisdom and strength that I need to carry on.

Aja!

Need Help for Domain? Read This!

Finding the right domain can be tricky enough. Once you find a good business name, you have to check that your domain is available for .COM. If not, you may want to change your business name or opt for the other top level domain extensions like .NET and .ORG. In addition, there are some registrars that have some dangerous fine print. These are just a few of the things that you should look out for when making your own domain. Domain registration services sometimes like to hide enormous transfer out fees. You can feel safe with the domain name registration service at Register.com, however. They charge low domain registration fees and follow ICANN policy on all domain transfers. In addition, you should beware of other things in the fine print, such as hidden fees and even one case where a domain registration service tried to enact "power-of-attorney" over those who registered. You should also beware of any domain registration service that has a "pay-as-you-go" plan where you pay all of the cost upfront for five years, but you are then charged fees every year. If you pay for a domain for multi-year, make sure that you read what you're paying for so you don't end up paying more than you already have. If you find a great domain registration service, you'll likely get an amazing rate, privacy service and maybe even some free benefits like an extension on your domain name registration. It all comes down to reading the fine print.

BPC: My Little Girl Jerusha Gabrielle

Photo: Photo0030.jpg

The long wait is over, she's finally here. I can now feel her. Fragile as she might be I so love the feeling every time I carried her in my arms. My little Jerusha completes my family. Now there are four of us which I believe will complete my world...

To our little Jerusha, welcome to my world, our world. It is my prayer that yo and your Kuya Jeush Gregory will grow up in accordance to God's will.

I love you both...
