First Time Ever...

Whenever we received favors and blessings from God we ought to give Him thanks... Well, actually we ought to give Him thanks at all times (in every circumstances) so, how much more for the good things that happened in our life? Today, the Cagayan de Oro City, (where I proudly belong) held it's First Thanksgiving Celebration! Wow, the event was graced by Ms. Ma. Teresa Magdalena A. Llamedo-Cruz or better known as  Dulce who sang the popular jukebox hit  "Ako ang Nagwagi" and Mr. Jun Polistico, a comeback from Las Vegas who popularized his original single "Sana'y Wala Nang Wakas", both a renowned artists performing on the other countries but decided to spend time here in the Philippines to boldly proclaimed and share the goodness that God has given into their lives! These two performer are really amazing, indeed they are total performer! I loved Dulce upon knowing her true identity, she's an epitome of faith and peace. For my fellow Kagay-anons, let us all be an advocate of peace! Thanks to those who supported this city ordinance, not to mention the co-author, our very peace-loving Bishop, Rev. Genesis "Bong" Udang. God bless us all!

TT: Trust

Trust is something that is so difficult to build yet will likely take  seconds to destroy. Maybe for some people, but definitely not for God.  The recent flood that occurred on the city lately was really quite devastating. There were casualties being reported while others were forced to leave their homes. I could hardly sleep last night because I was really disturbed by the heavy downpour. I was so worried about the condition of our office, I can imagine files being drowned, tables overturned, equipment soaked and muddy floors. That was really a horrible night for me upon entertaining all those negative thoughts. I HAVE BEEN PRAYING, in fact I was really crying before God, desperately begging Him to hear my prayer. I prayed for the rain to stop, but it didn't. I then started to question my trust on Him. How could He shut His ears from me? What have I done that He cannot say YES to my prayer. All I know was that, God answers prayers in three different ways, YES, NO (for a very valid reason) and WAIT. I can't take NO for an answer nor a WAIT considering the worst condition. The rain did not stop until morning but  the water at the school did did not subside yet so still we were stranded. I know I have no right to question HIM and I know that He allow things to happen for a reason. After that night I felt so ashamed before God, for questioning Him. I should be thankful instead that He spared my family from any untoward incidents other than flood that reached on the floor level of my brother's house. I should be thankful instead that the flood was nothing compared to what happened at Northern Luzon last month. Sometimes, we are too self-centered that if we felt God is not listening to us, our faith and trust on Him waivers. I felt so bad about myself because of that. Good thing our God is a God of Mercy. Thanks be unto Him forever.

MYM: FJ Logo

This was the logo I created for Femmes for Jesus, one of the organizations on our church composed of all the women who are still single. The background is not included, its only the heart and the figure within it. The fJ initials stands for the name of the organization. The silhouette embodied the women of the new generation who are God-fearing whom the truth foundation is the Living Word (the one in yellow). Actually there was a slight modification on the actual but basically, same thoughts were carried. This is my MYM for today! God bless everyone :)

7CC/ FPF- Endangered Memorabilia?

MORE THAN WORDS!
Wow, I've been keeping this pic for long and have it pasted on my scrap book but unfortunately, when the flood came (earlier this year) this was among those things that were soak on the water, too bad. I left my scrapbook on top of my table but still the flood water was too high that it reached above it... Anyway at least the damage was not that much. I was still able to save this rare memorabilia. Why rare? These are my parents on their wedding day, the only pic that was left so far. Their marriage never lasted for long...:(  Or maybe, they're  just not really meant for each other.  The picture itself seems to  prove the reality that they are not happy?  I can see no hint from their faces. I chose to feature this for Friday Photo Flashback and to Seven Clown Circus so that I can preserve this almost torn, almost lost picture of the two people whom I owe my life with despite the fact that they do not have a successful marriage. They said, what the Lord has bind together, let no man separate- I wish it will always be the case. But this is beyond my control, it happened already. I'll just hope and pray to God earnestly that this will not happen to me nor to my other siblings. After all, God predestined us even before we are born and I do firmly believe that everything happens for a reason even if it is beyond our comprehension. As for me, God has a wonderful and perfect  plan a way too far different from my parents... Something that I will look forward to. Amen!

Maximizing The Value Of Your Real Estate Investment

Owning real properties nowadays may cost a lot. How much more with developing and generating money out from it? Sometimes we might be too preoccupied of other things that we just can’t manage our properties by our own. Entrusting it to an unreliable management company might as well put our investment at risk, now, nobody wants that to happen or are you?  But that's no longer an issue at Cincinnati and Columbus, Ohio and Northern Kentucky. Real Property Management (RPM) Midwest did it for them. RPM is their premier real estate management company. It manages commercial and residential properties. As a matter of fact, with their very good performance they received "Franchise of the Year, Honorable Mention" award. They are the fastest growing property management company in the country. They help owners rent their places quickly, they collect the rent; inspect the properties 3 times per year to ensure that the tenants are taking care of the property. They also cover the cost of any eviction (if necessary). Indeed, investing real estate properties and have it manages by Real Property Management promises a good Return of Investment. Many businessmen have tried their services already. Among their services includes but not limited to: Tenant Placement; Affordable Management fees with NO Leasing fees; Credit and Multi-State Criminal Background Screening; Regular Property Inspections; Accounting; Project Management; Monthly Financial Reporting to Owners available online 24/7; Maintenance Services; Collections; Evictions/Legal. Isn’t it a worth it investment? We just can’t allow our properties to be mismanaged and all that. Putting our investment to risk is just like putting our money to waste bins. A company like RPM does not only help the property owners get their business rolling, they also ensure a quality services. So why compromise when you can be assured of their promising offers that is worth the price and worth the time and effort.
If any investor here in the Philippines will do the same strategy as the RPM did, it will surely hit. Many real Estate owners will really enjoy its services for this kind of management.

TT: Strength

The level of our physical strength depends upon the kind of loads (physically) that we carry... How about the level of our emotional and spiritual strength? Those are the kinds of strength that cannot be measured by our physical prowess. Maintaining a strong and balance emotion is quite an effort. When we are face with great challenges, it is through emotional and spiritual strength that we can overcome the impossible. Of course that strength shall come from God alone, because apart from Him we can do nothing! I'm so thankful to God for giving me enough strength to fulfill my task this week- a kind of task that if done carelessly may cause a force eviction of myself  from Big Brother's house lol!

WFW: Soul Searching ?

Whatever is lacking in our lives right now, God is always there to fill it up. We just have to call upon His name... Whatever questions we have in our minds, instead of seeking the answer from the world, why not seek it from God. He is very much willing to give us the answer, if not now, then maybe later at His appointed time. Let's just keep our faith on Him.
Have a very awesome, blessed Wednesday everyone.

Starbucks

I've been drinking much coffee in a day. Ordinary (Instant) coffee is what I usually indulge. But there's one particular coffeehouse or coffeeshop that I have been where they serve a lot of varieties of coffee-hot and/or cold with assorted flavors. When I was in Manila together with my sister we treat ourselves at Starbucks Robinson Malate. Though you really have to spend quite a buck but its worth the price. I specially loved Coffee Frappucino Blended Coffee! Too bad there's no Starbucks here in Cagayan de Oro. I tried to browse their website  and I just learned that the coffee they are serving are not only loaded with unique blend but it has nutritional values as well!

Well of course, coffee has caffeine but at least they added calcium into it. Here in Cagayan they have their counterpart- the Bo's coffee . :) Drink moderately!
