So Much More Than Hot Indulgence

This is a Sponsored post written by me on behalf of TABASCO® Original Red. All opinions are 100% mine.

How do you add sizzle to your pizza? It is indeed much better that you will not settle for just "red chili hot" but rather, why not try to complement your pizza with "so much more than hot" sauce? Only TABASCO® Original Red can give you that hot experience. What makes TABASCO® Original Red unique is that the combination of salt, red pepper and vinegar went through 3- year aging process. It does not add their own specific flavor to your food but rather it enhances the flavor of your food. Come to think of it, the taste of your pepperoni pizza will truly be enhanced to your great delight! My best friend can attest to that since her husband can't get enough with  hot sauce indulgence. Ever since they were using TABASCO® Original Red, her husband keep coming back for more. If you haven't tried it yet, you better buy one right now and see for yourself. And I bet, today would be a perfect timing considering that it's football season and Super Bowl is just around the corner, why not create a menu to be shared with while watching such exciting game. If you cannot think of any menu, try to have the Game-Day Party Menu for your convenience. But if your husband prefer to have pizza for the whole duration of the game then try to learn more about Pizza Perfected. You could never go wrong with it!

The Medicine Called Fluimucil®

I hate to take medicine. But this morning I was left with no choice but to buy a medicine for cough. I prefer liquid expectorant than capsules or tablets but my Boss introduced to me the Fluimucil® 600 mg. It was my first time to take the said medicine. Fluimucil® 600mg should be dissolved in water of at least 250ml. One reason why I hate to take medicine is that I have the tendency to throw up as its adverse effect. And indeed, I throw up which caused my body to feel really really weak. I research about the medicine. What I read about its side effect was this: The oral intake of the product, may, occasionally be followed by nausea and vomiting, and in rare cases by hypersensitivity reactions such as urticaria and bronchospasm. Now I know why I breathed heavily. I bought only two sachets but I don't feel like taking it anymore...

GT: Final Resolution

I cannot clearly made up my mind as to what should be my final resolution. The truth is, I am not just good in keeping any of those. As far as my memory is concerned, I stop making any resolutions, instead, I just simply thought of doing this and that for a change. I just don't want to add any pressure to my already pressured life (lol!).

I know my shortcomings. I can really assess myself well. I know myself better than others did. I know when to stop those bad habits and I know when to lie low on things that are overwhelming me. I admit that I cannot simply rely on to myself if I really want to make a paradigm shift of the way I think, say and do. My friends used to describe me as "stubborn". Yes, I am stubborn in the sense that I go for what I believe is right for me (though not all is really right for me). I insist on the things that I want regardless of any objections. But don't get me wrong about this. I can be easily influenced by others decision and opinion, that is one of my pitfalls. And that is exactly one of the main reasons why I want to think independently as much as possible, relying to myself for whatever is good and right for me. Well, I am not saying that my door is close to others opinion. I can listen to them but I don't want to rely much on them. However, if after weighing things out, they seems sound practical and logical, I am very much open to take it wholeheartedly.

Perhaps the most important thing that I should do right now is to ask for God's guidance that I may have the right discernment on things that I will be dealing everyday. ;)

By the way, since our host is planning to change the GT button, I made a GT badge that needs her approval... How about you? How do you find the badge below? Post your comment so that I will know...

Thank you and God bless!

WFW: Hebrews 2: 1

Yes indeed, sometimes the reason why people became disoriented and confronted in a chaotic situation was that they easily believe on "hearsays". We should be keen enough in filtering all the things that we hear. Even if the one telling it claimed his statements to be a fact, we must still search for the truth. People are bound to commit a mistakes. We must receive wisdom and discernment from God in believing one's story or statement.

I do believe that one reason why there are so many religious affiliations/denominations nowadays was because people believe on the traditions they have grown up with. They merely believe on the concepts and instructions given by their elders without taking time to search for its credibility. As a result, they acquire the kind of faith that was apart from the teaching of the Lord Jesus Christ.

Like what Hebrews 2:1 says, we must pay the most careful attention, therefore to what we have heard, so that we do not drift away.

Always refer to our Life's Manual which is the Bible. As we all knew, the Bible has the Basic Instructions Before Leaving Earth.

God bless everyone!

Quenching Your Thirst...

the Watered Soul

There comes a time in our life where we seek for something we do not know...
We are totally confused and disoriented. We felt some emptiness within us. Spiritually, we are totally dried up. It happens to me not only once but oftentimes. I admit, I became too complacent that I tend to forget to feed my soul with His Words...

If I will not go to church, I will never hear nor read a passages from the Bible. Sometimes I felt guilty also because going to church becomes a routine itinerary. But I am amazed of how God reminded me. He reminded me in the middle of my busyness... or between the lines that I read from the blog, from my Our Daily Journey devotional pocket book and from the wall posts of my friends on their Facebook. He blatantly reminded me of His existence. I cannot shun Him out of my life no matter what. I can feel how He holds me tight so that I cannot let go of Him anymore.

I downloaded a bible so that I can read it with just a double-click from my mouse. Indeed, God's presence is inevitable... We cannot run away from Him.

I am so glad for those people who helps me along the way... Who blessed me with their words of wisdom and inspiration...

I invite you all to check Wanda's site to refresh your soul... just click the badge above.... Quench your thirst with the watered soul.

God bless.

Are You Hooked To Bingo Games?

If I am in the mall, I just can't get rid of the Bingo announcer giving numbers to the players. I wonder how Bingo was being played. I am wondering as well why there are so many people playing such addicting games. Then I just learned that Bingo can be played via online as well. There are many bingo sites who offers the same fun as the actual play site. Well, I still do not want to learn this game fearing that I might get hooked into it like others did if I will do so.

More Than Stylish...

The Stylish Blogger Award continues as Joahna of What's Inside Joahna's Heart gave it to me. First was yesterday from Ate Grace of Gracia Fashionista. I was indeed flattered that finally my blog was noticed by some respectable bloggers. Not only that, I got a comment from The Story Teller Kim who justified that I deserve for such award.

Yesterday, I shared 7 things about me, as one of the rules in having this award, I made to mention that I still have a lot of things to say about myself. I guess, this is the chance that I will tell more about myself, specifically, the 7 things that I disliked the most... (I refrain from using the word "hate" anymore. I might offended somebody)

7 Things I Disliked The Most
  1. I dislike people who smoke. They don't care about themselves.
  2. I dislike (hate is the right word, I guess) unfaithful partner, it reminds me of somebody supposedly close to me.
  3. I dislike the taste of durian fruit (sorry DavaoeƱos).
  4. I dislike rap music as well as heavy metal.
  5. I dislike people who will just use you for their own good/benefit and forget about you when they already achieved everything they want out of using you.
  6. I dislike Calculus subject. (I never took this when I was in College ;)
  7. I dislike pretentious, unreal, insensitive and over-confident people.
But of course, I respect the opinion of others who feel the contrary of what I disliked the most. We are unique and different in so many ways. Peace....

And now, I will pass on this award to Kikamz of Just About Anything, Iris of Grace Alone and Wanda of The Watered Soul
These women are indeed not only a stylish blogger but a good epitome of grace, faith and inspiration.

The next Stylish Blogger Award goes to...

It's been quite awhile that I haven't received any form of blogger award. The first one was the "A Blog with Substance Award" that was 10th of July last year...

Surprisingly, I received another one from the same person, this time it is "Stylish Blogger Award". Hmmm, I am happy for receiving such recognition. I just hope people really find my blog to be stylish and with substance.

I would like to extend my gratitude to Ate Grace of Gracia Fashionista.
Your thoughtfulness Ate Grace really mean a lot to me...

This award was meant to be pass on to co-bloggers who deserves the same recognition. There are simple rules to follow. Just simply link back and thank the person who gave you this award. Then share 7 things about yourself.

And so here's mine:

  1. People used to call me Jackie though it was often misspelled as "Jacky".
  2. I am a teacher and an Executive Assistant at the same time to one of our VP in the school where I am teaching.
  3. I am inquisitive that people may find me annoying sometimes.
  4. I love mocha brown and pink.
  5. I love spaghetti,  french fries, pizza, and tapioca!
  6. I am addicted to Cityville.
  7. I am a certified blogger who speaks her mind and pour out her heart...
Well, I supposed to tell a lot of things about me but it was just limited to 7 so that was it...

And now, I am grateful to pass this award to Paula of Happy Thoughts, Ate Rhea of Life's Pen @ Work, and to Kayce of My Life and My Journey Online.

Well, those are just a few of the bloggers I've known whose blogs are really stylish and very informative!

Pass on!
