She's Leaving on an Airplane....

♫ I'm leaving on an airplane... don't know when I'll be back again... ♪

Yes, she'll be leaving tomorrow and this separation anxiety somehow overwhelms me. This is the woman who have pushed me to the top, to be where I am right now. She disappoint me, inspire me, nag at me, cared that much for me... she's everything. She's my Mom and I love her very much. I know she will be happier for she will be reunited with my other sisters in US.. Hopefully, she will have the best days of her life. This is the fulfillment of her dream and I have no enough power to give her such this kind of opportunity.

Progress and Innovation

Over the years, the lives of millions of people have improved because of progress and innovations that have been made in buildings. It has made the world a better place to live. A large variety of homes has been constructed that have provided people a safe and comfortable building in which to be. Businesses have become more productive over the years as well. As improvements have happened, life gets better.

Appliance Improvements

Homes have received numerous changes within the last 50 years. While many homes have received renovations, updates and improvements, such as kitchens and bathrooms, there have been noticeable changes. One of the biggest ones is the large and small appliances that are used on a daily basis. Although the style and design of many have changed, many function the same way. However, many large and small appliances are energy efficient. Therefore, when appliances that are energy efficiently are in use, each one does not use as much energy as compared with older models. Energy bills can be much lower as a result of appliances that are energy efficient. Air conditioners and heaters have become much more efficient. After all, each work works to heat or cool a home or business, but the money that it costs to operate each one is lower as compared with older ones that still operate.

Construction Improvements

Technology and human understanding has progressed significantly. What was thought to be impossible a few years ago is now possible because of technological breakthroughs. Therefore, businesses and homes are much more efficient. Building material that is used to construct and office or home are constructed in ways that allow facilities to last longer. Materials like steel tubes, drywall, wooden beams and other similar supplies function well to keep a building working efficiently on a daily basis. In fact, many people take it for granted that a building should run efficiently as a result of the construction improvements that have been made.

Companies, contractors, engineers, scientists and many other individuals have made important contributions that result in quality products being made available for new projects being done all over the world. Although there is a cost for quality products, the money spent can be absolutely worth it. A quality building can provide people with the peace of mind they need in order to be effective citizens living in countless communities in the world today.

Blissful @ 34!

It's my 34th Birthday and I truly had a blast starting with the surprise party given to me by my former advisory.

I am deeply touched by my student's thoughtfulness. These bunch of ''kids'' can either make or break your day. They can be rude at times, they can be seems irresponsible, immature BUT they have this tendencies to melt your heart, to make you cry, to make you feel special.

These bunch of ''kids'' are just kids who maybe deprived with so many things in life yet they manage to stand and stay strong. Their behavior may seems unruly but when you try to get into their heart, there you can find an ailing soul, a broken heart, a disturbed spirit.

These are the bunch of ''kids'' who needs more understanding, more patience and more unconditional love...

If you try to get to know them better you might see what I saw in them, and you might feel what I felt for them.

That is why I love them very much and I am so proud to say that somehow my love for them was equally reciprocated, not just for today but everyday.

AND YES, I consider them as "kids" because they need more guidance.

To them, thank you for making my day!

Organization Works to Help Abused Children

Recently, news from Bob Parsons GoDaddy founder, reported that the foundation he and his wife operated, the Bob and Renee Parsons Foundation, had donated to an organization that few people may have heard of, but one they found to be critical to healing those who had been abused. The Free Arts for Abused Children of Arizona organization helps heal homeless and abused children through artistic expression.

History of Organization

In 1993, Elda Unger and Margaret Beresford, both art therapists, met to discuss a program that Ms. Unger had founded in California. The program, Free Arts for Abused Children, used creative arts as a tool for healing in children who had been abused. Ms. Beresford, along with Stephanie Small, who became the Executive Director of the Arizona program, gathered others who with a passion for the arts as well as healing and children. With an initial $30,000 budget and five volunteers, the program began with 60 children, the two women launched the Arizona program.

Significant Growth

Since that small beginning, Free Arts for Abused Children in Arizona has grown to 13 paid staff members, more than 550 volunteers and a budget of more than $1 million. More than 8,000 children receive therapy through four core programs. In 2015, the organization was awarded the National Society of Arts and Letters Arts Advocacy Award. In 2011, they were given the Governor’s Arts Community Award and named the Arts Organization of the Year by the Arts and Business Council of Greater Phoenix. They are the only group to win that award twice and is the only non-profit organization in Arizona to bring therapeutic creative arts programs to homeless and abused children.

Benefits of Art Therapy

The creative process required in artistic self-expression can help individuals physically, emotionally and mentally. In addition, art therapy has been used to resolve conflicts, develop interpersonal skills, reduce stress and manage behavior. There have been studies conducted that indicate that art heals by changing attitudes and physiology. As the individual expresses themselves through art, their physiology changes. They become more relaxed, less fearful and more in control. Science has shown that art and music can change brain wave patterns, affect the autonomic nervous system and balance hormones. Children, in particular, respond well to art therapy as it helps them with problem-solving skills and increases cognitive ability. Students who are exposed to art classes in school are often more successful academically in some areas of math and reading.

Group Therapy

In addition to individual therapy, the organization also promotes community-based art programs to provide socialization to those who may be isolated. These community programs provide an outlet for those who need to work through every day problems without feelings of judgement. For lower income children, art offers them the ability to express themselves while also increasing positive relationships with adults, developing motivation and helping them create their own identity.

Free Arts for Abused Children in Arizona’s core values are that art heals, that every child matters and that mentoring works. They believe that creative arts transform lives, that children have every right to be respected and cared for. They also believe that mentoring builds self-esteem, social skills, trust and the ability to express feelings in a positive way. Their vision is to be the premier resource for healing children through art.

In the Arms of the Almighty

As a College Instructor for almost a decade now, I met lots of students with different personalities. There were those students who leaves a lasting imprints in your life, those who made , in one way or another, a difference that somehow made me, as  teacher, to become more humble and genuine.

I do learn a lot from my students. I gained much lessons in life from them. It's varied but somehow unique in their own little way.

That is why, when one of my best students passed away, I really can't help but cry. It's a great loss but knowing the fact that he is already at peace in heaven, it lightens the burden within us, somehow though at the back of our mind we could only hope and pray and wish he could stay a little bit longer. But again, it was written in the Bible, Many are the plans of man but it is the plans of GOD that SHALL prevail.

To you, Jake, thank you for making a difference in our lives. We'll surely miss you and your unique but awesome personality.

Enjoy your day with the Lord always.

Rest in peace.

That Thing Called PERSEVERANCE

Things are getting complicated lately, so does my responsibilities as a teacher, a mother, a wife, and a blogger! Honestly, with so many things in my mind, and so many tasks to be done, I am quite confused how to begin and what should come first. Of course, you might say, as a Mom and a wife, my family should be on top of my priority. As the breadwinner, I might say, I should prioritize my job. Well, by strength coming from God, I was amazed how I could get things done simultaneously.

Maybe because PERSEVERANCE is the key. For me, I could define this word as doing things slowly yet surely. God never failed to amaze me with the strength and wisdom that He bestowed upon me. He is simply amazing

Ensuring Your Safety and Working Better with Quality Equipment

A job that requires you to cut into very hard materials can be dangerous if you do not have the right tools for this work. Tools made from poor quality materials can slip and cut you, leaving you seriously injured or maimed. Rather than bank your safety on parts made from materials that you may question, you may fare better to choose those that have tested and approved parts like carbide core bits. These components allow you to carry out your work without fearing that you will somehow get hurt or permanently injured during your workday.

When you want to make it your priority to have these parts on hand, you may wonder where you can find the most thorough selection available to consumers like you. You may be unable to find a local dealer in your area that has such components on hand. Instead of looking at local dealers, you may find it better to shop online through this website. The site is set up so that you can check out the parts you need and understand the level of quality that comes with them. You can also learn about why it could pay to have access to such elements for your tools.

If you work with both wet and dry materials during a typical workday, it also may save you time and money to invest in components that are suited for both types of materials. Rather than switch bits repeatedly during a shift, it may serve you better to have a single part that can stay in your tool and be used regardless of the material into which you are cutting. You could find such a part when you shop online.

If you need resources and tools for more than just cutting into concrete or tile, you likewise can use this website to filter your search for other work items as well. You can find demolition tools, tools for sawing, and more using the links on the left of the page. If you or your company prefer one brand over another, you can also filter your search using the manufacturer link at the top. Staying on budget may also be a priority for you. You can find sale items available on the website. These discounted items let you save money on the tools that you need to work safer.

Radiating Positivity

To begin with, I hate being pessimist... I hate dealing pessimistic people and I have low tolerance for such kind... Maybe because I hate my own kind.

Yes, I used to be so pessimistic in so many things. I never run out of negative comments in almost everything- from personal to work-related issues.

But as I grow older, things change slowly. As I was exposed to the open, I met some people who has always negative things to say. In my workplace, in particular, you can never expect professional teachers behaving professionally at all times because they too have their share of negative thoughts and ideas. Well, I choose to ignore every time I encountered one. I was just so glad that I am surrounded with positive people in my station. I draw positive ideas from them. Whenever I felt busted with one colleague, there's always one person who can pacify me and I am so glad for their presence (better not to mention a name here though).

I just notice that whenever there's brainstorming of ideas, there's always one or two who will opposed for not so justifiable reasons. They're just overwhelmed with their negativism. Or maybe, it is just a common scenario when brilliant minds collides. But for me, whatever is their reason, such people should learn to weigh things out carefully, they should consider the positive effects over the negative one. After all, being a teacher, we were thought once how to be flexible, we should live by it.

Preventing Slips and Falls with Runners

As a restaurant owner, you have the obligation to protect your employees. You must do all that you can to ensure that they work safe and do not get injured while on the premises. OSHA likewise may require that you keep certain gear on hand to ensure that everyone in your restaurant stays safe and does not fall or get hurt. You can maintain your establishment's safety standards by keeping items like commercial kitchen mats on hand. These items serve a practical purpose, cover slick spots on the floor, and also absorb grease and water that fan cause slips and falls.

As you consider what floor coverings are available, you may be surprised to learn that they come in an assortment of widths, lengths, and colors. As with decorating your house, you can choose from a variety of styles for your restaurant. When you want the largest range of flooring accessories for your business, you may find what you need online. The site is set up so that you can browse and choose mats and other floor coverings that will be a safety asset to you and your employees alike.

The gallery on the site will show you the full range of styles and colors available to you. The pictures are large enough so that you can see fine details like the fibers and the rubber trim around the edges of the mat. You can also see if any colors are flecked within the mat fibers themselves. Along with choosing floor essentials that protect your safety, you also want them to look stylish and feel comfortable to stand on during a shift. The gallery can provide you with a better idea of what styles of mats may work best for you and your business.

Another consideration involves choosing floor coverings that will fit in your kitchen. Kitchens come in all shapes and sizes. You may need floor coverings that are longer than they are wide. You also may need standard square rugs instead of rectangular shaped ones. Whatever your need, you can find an assortment from which to choose online. You can use the terms and ordering link at the top to learn just how to order the items you need. You can also use the FAQ section to read about any questions or concerns that customers like you commonly have when ordering online.

Hello August!

Goodbye July.... Welcome August!

I am declaring God's abundant blessings for this month and the months to come!

Whew, life can be so wonderful, worthy of celebration if and only if we will always focus on the good side of it. Yes, there might be difficulties that we need to overcome but all those things are just passing by- temporary. We might have shortcomings but through them, we will be able to feel the faithfulness of our God-our Loving Creator.

If you happen to read this, I declare blessings upon you, I declare success in every good endeavor that you have, in Jesus name! I also declare healing for all of us who went through some health problems. Our God is our Great Healer more than what our doctors prescribed. Besides, our life is just borrowed from Him- He can actually take it anytime. But I do believe that God wants us to do something more and we need to do some greater things for the advancement of His Kingdom. We are still needed here on Earth that is why we should be conscious to God's calling for each one of us.

Let's enjoy God's goodness. Let us savor altogether His immeasurable love and kindness.

Let's all be positive. No to negative thoughts!

Aja!

God bless

Being Flexible to Changes

Maybe one of our struggles that we always encounter in our lives is in the area of CHANGE and in the context of ADAPTABILITY- Our ability to be flexible in every changes in our lives that we have to go through. I know how difficult it is to be displaced from your comfort zone. To be taken away from those things that makes you feel comfortable. I knew the feelings. However, CHANGE is inevitable- and we need to adapt ourselves to it in order to move on and become a better and mature person.

I love the changes that I have to go through right now. At first, I was completely lost (so to speak). I lost the energy (that's what i thought) BUT as days go by, I learn to adapt and eventually I totally embrace all the changes that I have to go through. I become more flexible. Then one mantra came into my mind (this was my mantra ever since I realized the realities in life but almost forgotten it): EVERYTHING HAPPENS FOR A REASON.

That's it!

Sudden Changes

There's only one constant in this world- CHANGE.
This week is quite a rugged week for me-and I've been through many surprises.
First, my son got high fever so I need to get absent from my class to send him to the hospital for check up.
Second, I was informed that some of my students under my advisory will be transferred to a new section.
Finally, I was relinquished on my throne as an adviser so I could move to another level.

Changes hurt. Yes, it does. Specially if you are not prepared to accept the changes.

As for me, I was really surprised upon getting the news that beginning Monday, I have to turn over the advisory to a new teacher. Though I was surprised but I have to accept the reality that indeed there's nothing permanent in this world.

I was really surprised, yes, but I have to accept it. I have to move on. Some of my students reacted, I understand their reactions.

I also believe that everything happens for a reason.

Give Your Piping Company A Competitive Edge With These Growth Strategies

Business owners who run piping companies are likely interested in maintaining a competitive edge that enables them to become industry leaders. If this is currently one of your most pressing objectives, you should know that there are many ways for you to get your company's growth process in full effect. Here are three:

1. Make Inspections A Priority.

Safety should always be first in the piping industry. As such, it's critically important for you as the business owner to invest in effective inspection services that will keep the pipes you use and/or sell in optimal condition. When you start your search for a great inspection company, consider ChemRefServices. The company offers a wide range of excellent inspection services, including but not limited to the API 570 inspection, maintenance inspection, and turnaround inspection..

2. Optimize "Connectivity."

In addition to obtaining excellent inspections, it's important that you ensure that your piping company is optimizing "connectivity." This term has become big news in the marketing industry, and for a good reason. Although defined diversely, connectivity is basically the process of ensuring that a company continually interfaces with his or her clients for the purpose of optimizing brand familiarity and facilitating conversion. There are numerous ways to put this important, brand-building process in motion, including online advertising. Connectivity can also be actualized through offline measures like meeting new customers via lectures, conferences, and informal networking venues such as baby showers and weddings.

3. Focus On Personal Growth.

When you start putting together your strategic plan for business optimization, keep the power of personal growth in mind. If you want your piping company to be as excellent as possible, you need to pursue personal excellence. There are numerous ways to start this personal growth process, including by eliminating nutritionally vacuous foods from your diet. By integrating nutritionally dense foods into your dietary lifestyle, you will likely experience a substantive increase in your energy levels, which will in turn help you function more effectively while on the job.

Conclusion

If you run a pipe company and want to edge out your competition, you need to have a plan in place. Moreover, the plan needs to be predicated on proven principles that will help you obtain the level of success you desire. Get started now by investing in inspections, optimizing connectivity, and focusing on personal growth. Good luck!

Going Further with BTTE Course

When I entered college in 1998, I aimed to take Education course because I was inspired by my high school teacher in TLE- Drafting. However, I changed my mind due to some apprehensions and inhibitions about my capacity and capability being shy type then. So, I ended up in Architectural Drafting Technology, a three-year course offered by then Mindanao Polytechnic State College. When I finished the three-year course, we were advised to pursue bachelor degree and in my case I have three options: Architecture, Bachelor of Science in Industrial Technology (BSIT), and Bachelor in Technician Teacher Education (BTTE). I chose BTTE, not because I want to teach, but simply because I don’t want to complicate things and all I want to do during that time was to finish my studies the soonest possible time. I can actually opt for BSIT but I considered myself unfit for industries considering my height of less than 5 feet tall (that’s how low my self-esteem was back then). I wish I could pursue my ADT course in Architecture but I considered it as an expensive course and I don’t want to give more stress to my Mom who was our sole breadwinner PLUS I have two other siblings who were studying in college as well at BSU and STI.

I am part of the pioneering group in BTTE- it’s a trimester course during that time so after my graduation in ADT, I took up Summer classes as per requirement. At first, I really have difficulty in complying with all the requirements-mostly paper works and reporting but with the supporting group of classmates that I have and my determination to finish, I was able to make it. Added factor also was the presence of our professors who were mostly Doctors of Philosophy or Technology- that includes the College President, Dr. Montano F. Salvador, who was the brain behind this course.  I learned to love the course actually.  However, after graduation, it took me sometime (more than two years) to realize that my bachelor’s degree requires me to teach! So I took the Licensure exam and, by God’s grace, was able to pass it. Though I already have the license, I still have so many apprehensions concerning my skills. I have hesitations to apply in Secondary Schools because I thought I don’t have an edge over those graduates of Industrial Education course wherein they were able to tackle almost all the specializations in TLE. I only specialized in Architectural Drafting and nothing else. So I landed in many jobs which I never learned in my years in college. I was once became an Account Supervisor in a Manpower Agency for a year. That experience taught me how to deal with people. Then I became a Sales Executive in one of the trusted computer dealers in the city. I thought that was the job for me. But in spite of the fact that I learned to love my job during that time, I am still hopeful that God allowed me to finish my Education degree for a reason though I cannot clearly find that reason yet but I just want to claim it. Breakthrough came when one of our regular customers, who was my former teacher in MPSC also, came in to inform me that they are in urgent need of a part time instructor in Fundamentals of Drawing. At first, I was really reluctant because it’s been three years or so that I never applied everything that I have learned in ADT but the Chairman of the Graphics Department, who happened to be my former teacher also, insisted that I should accept the offer. It was a short notice actually, because barely a week after I was informed, the classes should start. So I challenged myself, with fervent prayer, I accepted the offer.

My first day in teaching was not that easy. I have so many worries in my mind if I could get through the entire semesters. I double time in studying my lessons. I was just a page ahead of my students actually. To cope up with all my apprehensions, I made the initiative to make a lesson notes that would cover the whole semester through the guidance of the course syllabus. My first semester was my great period of adjustments- then it was also during that moment that I realized that I am beginning to love my job. I was already unmindful of the pressures. I just love what I am doing. During the semestral break, I took up short course in Basic CADD so I could teach the subject on the second semester. My colleagues are very supportive to me during my first school year. Before I noticed it, I already have been teaching for eight long years in MUST. I also use it as an advantage when I applied for DepEd with the K+12 Program.

Until now, some people are not familiar with this course (BTTE). But for those among us who were a product of this course, it was indeed a blessing. Though it is good to become a jack of all trades, but it is far better to become an expert of one specialized course. That’s what BTTE have taught me. Right now, all my apprehensions are gone. I am still learning more about my course; moreover, I am also taking on the possibility that BTTE course can go further with the aid of modern technology- that’s what my experiences in other jobs have also taught me.

Long live, BTTE!

Memory Fails...

It's been awhile already. I haven't written anything. Unlike those first few years of my blogging career, I am so eager to write.

I am busy, yes, but I felt like I have wasted much of my time being idle. I have so many things in my mind that i want to accomplish and yet, it remains on my to-do-lists.

Ageing. This could be one of the factors (I supposed). But on one thought, it's actually my connection.

Long ago, when I was still living a very simple life where I do not have my own laptop yet, I used to say to myself that If I'll be able to acquire a laptop on my own, I will never stop blogging. But I was totally wrong. Maybe just like my passion for drawing, it just suddenly wane. I used to have so many thoughts in my mind that I want to express but it all gone to memory fails.

Maybe I just need a little inspiration or an encouragement to collect all my thoughts and have it expressed through blogging...

I could only hope for more.

5 Tips for Starting Your Own Electrical Company

Are you tired of being overworked and underpaid by your bosses? Are you thinking of striking out on your own and creating a self-run electrical company? Here are just a few tips for escaping the daily grind and hanging up your own shingle.

1. Jump Through Your State's Licensing Hoops

Every state has its own requirements for electricians. You might already be familiar with the basics if you've been employed at an HVAC company, but you should still double-check to make sure you're fully qualified and certified to run a business.

2. Decide What Services You'll Offer

Don't say "everything." You'll stretch yourself too thin, and you'll also alienate customers who are looking for specialists instead of jacks of all trades. Promote yourself as an expert of 5-6 different electrical systems and components so you'll be experienced without being needlessly diverse.

3. Think About Pricing

How will you charge customers for your services? Think about both traditional by-the-hour methods and modern techniques like menu pricing. Whatever you choose, make sure your electrical price book is fair but profitable. It's no use attracting a thousand customers if you never make back your money from them.

4. Encourage Positive Reviews

Once you've satisfied a customer, ask them to write a review or give you a testimonial for your website. In the age of Yelp, it's critically important that there are only good search results when someone decides to Google your brand. Anything less and they'll go to someone who does have strong feedback.

5. Pick An Aesthetic

Will your company be full of casual, friendly repair guys who help customers out of a bind? Or do you prefer something sleeker and more professional for courting industrial clients? Each mindset will require a different method of advertising, so decide on your approach well in advance of your grand opening.

These are just a few things to keep in mind as you wade further into the waters of self-made HVAC companies. It won't be easy, but as long as you plan carefully and fully commit to success, it is possible.

A Rugged First Week...

I am actually referring to our first week of school for this school year 2015-2016.

Why rugged?

Before classes ends last school year, we already anticipated for our transfer in our new site beginning this school year. However, considering that the building was not fully done yet, we were informed that the Turn-Over would take place anytime of June or July.

Then came a short notice from the Division Office two days before FIRST DAY OF CLASS that the building will be turned over on the 3rd of June that is why our Principal call for an emergency meeting on a very Sunday so we could planned out everything within just short period of time.

Actually, we are already used to pressures but not as tedious as this. So our dear Principal, who has the burden of this all, delegated to us some of the important roles and mine was the layouting of the programme, the tarpaulin and the conceptualization video (a sort of a history-themed video). I did all those things for two sleepless nights.

Sunday night- I started layouting for the tarps...

Monday. Opening Ceremony in school. We were being introduced to both new and old students. We actually had a very lively morning. After the convocation, I started for the video trying my best to utilize all the resources that were only available-including my strength and patience... Then came some personnel from the Division Office (DO) informing us that we need to transfer immediately (as in on that very day!) to the new site and should conduct our classes there. Can you imagine the pressure of the preparation for the Turn-Over Ceremony ADDED WITH our need to pack all our belongings for the IMMEDIATE TRANSFER? Then as we became wiser in managing our time, trying not to waste any seconds of it, another news broke out that our transfer was put in abeyance because the contractor didn't allow us to occupy the  new building prior to its Inspection- again, can you imagine the adrenaline rush that was suddenly interrupted with another breaking news thus consuming all our energy and draining us slowly? Indeed, it was such a chaotic Monday- so full of surprises!

Tuesday- I helped our Principal for the layouting of the programme which was revised for a couple of times because there were so many data that needs to be added or deleted. While waiting for the corrections from the DO and the Mayor's Office, I started sorting my belongings, trying as much as possible to declutter all those unnecessary ones. Good thing I have the presence of some of my students who helped me in packing my stuff. Added to my pressure during that day was the fact that I cannot transport my stuff to the new site because there's a limited truck used for the transportation and they prioritized all the chairs and tables. I don't have enough resources too to rent a vehicle that could transport mine as what my other colleagues did. Well, I just cannot imagine how I was able to get through the day. During night time, I finalized my video until wee hours of the morning...

Wednesday- the BIG Day. Everybody seems too pressured as shown on their faces (including mine). I was really nervous coz my laptop isn't working properly and I couldn't even decide for myself on where to setup all my things. Basically, I was the operator of the day. My day started with such an ignore-the-way-I-look expression. I even had a heated argument with my hubby who was just trying to be of help during that time. And so my mood became consistent for the whole day. My video wasn't presented anymore because of time constraint and technical issues, plus the screen projector didn't cooperate during that day as if the projector was aware that I was in great pressure. And since we never expected the number of UNEXPECTED GUESTS, we opt not to take our supposedly sumptuous lunch anymore because we run out of budget. Good thing there was a burger being rationed around- that helps a little... I am actually very excited that finally I already have my own classroom for my advisory  with individual toilet- just merely thinking about it did a little magic in lightening up my mood. Later that afternoon, I managed to transport all my stuff with the help of the Barangay-provided vehicle. I didn't call it a day until I unpack my stuff.- Indeed it was a very long day. Oh, I almost forgot... this day also marks my first year in service with the DepEd (so timely!)

Thursday- everything seems becoming normal despite the fact that it was very hot and dusty (which we need to overcome until the rainy day). During that day, I finally meet the majority of my students. We had an election of officers as well as cleaners assignment. I was also able to discuss to them the school rules and regulations. I could only hope for a better class this year, way far better than last year...

Friday, still a period of adjustment but so far, everything is good and in order...

I am looking forward that this school year will end with a blissful experience among my students.

A rugged week indeed!
